In this assignment we were taking our 5th photo. I chose to do still life. I did this by using light to create a good background a put the focus on my subject. I used my swim goggles and a dark room and a flashlight for this. I didn't do any editing for this photo. It has an aperture of f2.8, 1/30 shutter speed, and an ISO of 200. I learned how to use lighting and angles in this photo. Without the proper use of lighting, these photos would not have been possible.

i like the lighting that you used for your picture. it gives the photo a special touch. but i do think the darkness should be a little brighter and that the picture is in the center of the picture so maybe next time make the outer edges a little brighter overall i think it was a good photo.

I like the lighting however if it was still life I feel like you could have added one more item at least to the photo for more depth .

I really like this picture. I can tell you took time with the lighting to make the picture interesting. Good job.

I think this photo came out really well! I like how you used relatively little light; it leaves very little room for distractions. Overall, it was an interesting idea and it really worked out.

This photo looks great! The overhead light really adds to the effect of the image.

AuthorI am a freshman at Saline. I chose this class because I wanted to try something new that I hadn't done before. I don't have any previous photography skills or knowledge, so I thought that this class would be something that could help me learn more about digital photography. Archives
